Yogyakarta Airport Transfer is a private airport pick-up and drop-off service, not shared with other passengers. The maximum number of passengers is as specified in our product catalog.  All services include driver fees, fuel, parking, mineral water, name plate, Travel insurance and toll fees.

All passengers will be greeted by our driver with your nameplate at the airport arrival exit area with a maximum waiting time of 60 minutes. We recommend that you provide us with your flight number when making a reservation. We will check it through the flight radar application. If your destination is the airport, our driver will wait at the agreed location with a maximum waiting time of 20 minutes.

If you are bringing a child under 4 years old and need a child car seat / booster car seat, please confirm with us at the time of booking, the use of a child seat is subject to a fee starting from IDR 55,000* for one trip.

Important Information :

For pick-up/drop-off areas in Yogyakarta City Center, including Kulon Progo Regency, Bantul Regency except the Parangtritis Beach area and its surroundings, Sleman Regency, except the Kaliurang/Mount Merapi tourist area, the area around the old Adi Sucipto Airport, Kalasan, and Prambanan.

For pickup/drop-off services within the Borobudur area, this service covers the entire area surrounding Borobudur Temple. If pickup/drop-off is within the Borobudur Temple parking area, the passenger will be responsible for parking fees.

For shuttle services within the Prambanan area, this service covers the entire area around Prambanan Temple, Kalasan, Adi Sucipto Airport, and the surrounding areas. If pickup/drop-off takes place in the Prambanan Temple parking area, passengers are responsible for parking fees.

Please note, we offer pick-up and drop-off throughout Central Java, East Java, and parts of West Java. We also offer pick-up and drop-off from Yogyakarta Station.

For payment we accept cash in all currencies, Bank transfer, Pay Pal, Wise & Payoneer.

Regulation :

• No smoking in vehicles.

• It is prohibited to bring narcotics/illegal drugs.

• Eating in the vehicle is not allowed.

• If you are bringing children, full parental supervision during the trip is essential.
